Introduction

When anyone in human society happens to come forward with an unusual tale involving unexplained occurrences, such as UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects) or worlds beyond common knowledge, the general public is led to believe that this individual is a lunatic.

It was October of 1969 when President Jimmy Carter witnessed a UFO for himself. According to the Cohen UFO Organization (www.cohenufo.org) the event lasted 10 to 12 minutes. During that time the object moved, changed brightness, changed shape, and changed color.
From "Above Top Secret" (book): During his election campaign of 1976 he told the following to reporters:
It was the darndest thing I've ever seen. It was big, it was very bright, it changed colors and it was about the size of the moon.. We watched it for ten minutes, but none of us could figure out what it was. One thing's for sure, I'll never make fun of people who say they've seen unidentified objects in the sky. If I become President, I'll make every piece of information this country has about UFO sightings available to the public and the scientists” (Jimmy Carter’s UFO Sighting, the Cohen UFO Org).
According to the Cohen Org, the “Following is the form Jimmy Carter filed with NICAP on Sep. 18, 1973. Only the questions that were responded to are listed. Carter's responses are in quotation marks” (http://www.cohenufo.org/Carter/carter_abvtopsec.htm)

You have no idea how much ridicule someone can endure when they come forward to tell of such an event. For this reason it is not at all easy for this author to come forward with what you will read on this website. In fact, because of my own career, it is downright frightening to do so, but one must be true to one’s self, rather than those on planet Earth who find it hard to believe in anything they cannot see or humanly understand.

The one thing that is certain, human intellect has its limitations, and unless the creature that inhabits a man has the capability to act independent of the brain organ, understanding will always be in doubt. In other words, you must be able to think in the spirit to expand your intellectual capabilities beyond that of the original human design.

At least I know I’m in good company, although that may depend on what side of the political fence you happen to stand on. In any event, the following files tell of a variety of incidents and analyses that apply to this writer. It is my hope that because I have nothing to sell, because I wish to remain anonymous, and because I have nothing to gain by way of the political or vocational to gain that you will at least try to keep an open mind when reading this material.
